Myth #2 You need to have a quiet mind to meditate.

Buster #2 Meditation helps us befriend our thoughts. No need to check your thoughts at the door.

Myth #3 Meditation will fix your flawed self.

Buster #3 You are already perfectly wonderful. Meditation helps us to experience this reality with clarity.
